Workspace Booking

This project was developed during my graduation internship to solve common industry challenges like hidden pricing and confusing booking flows. My objective was to design a high-fidelity, trustworthy ecosystem for both desktop and mobile that empowers freelancers and office managers to search, compare, and book with confidence.

The Process & Research Following an iterative methodology, I conducted six rounds of A/B testing and user feedback to refine the platform's hierarchy and spacing. I focused on answering critical questions about user trust and mental models for workspace comparison.

The Solution I delivered a complete suite of high-fidelity screens—including a landing page, an advanced search map, and a streamlined three-step booking flow. The visual direction utilizes a modern Glassmorphism style to create a calm, professional atmosphere. Results showed that these refinements significantly improved scannability and user trust.
